Dear Alumni and Friends from all walks of life,

With the strong support and assistance of the relevant authorities, friends from all sectors, and our alumni, the HUHST Education Foundation (the “Foundation”) has been approved by the competent authorities.

The Foundation is registered with the Department of Civil Affairs of Hunan Province, and supervised by the Department of Education of Hunan Province. The Foundation abides by the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, and other relevant laws, regulations, and national policies. It serves the public welfare and charity sector and is a non-profit charitable organization with independent legal person status.

The establishment of the Foundation marks a milestone in HUHST’s development history. The Foundation will focus on strengthening the connection and cooperation between HUHST and all sectors of society, and seeking support from social groups and individuals both at home and abroad. Its goals include raising funds, managing projects, supporting educational research and innovation, rewarding outstanding faculty/staff and students, improving teaching conditions, promoting educational equity, and so on, so as to provide solid support for HUHST’s development in the new era, and ultimately promote its high-quality growth.

After careful consideration, the Foundation’s establishment meeting is scheduled to take place on December 8, 2024, at HUHST. We sincerely invite all alumni and friends from all sectors of society to attend the meeting.

The Foundation eagerly welcomes donations from all sectors of society who are concerned with and support HUHST’s development. For enterprises, institutions, social organizations, and individuals that make donations, regardless of the amount, the Foundation will carefully fulfill the donation agreement, manage donated funds transparently, and uphold the trust and support of all donors.

Small acts of kindness contribute to great achievements; even the tiniest seed can grow into something beautiful. Let us join hands and create a new chapter in the development of education. We welcome our alumni and friends from all walks of life to give us your attention and support.
